Vendor Information

All tables come with 2 vendor badges that allow free roam of the expo. If additional badges are needed please speak with the expo coordinator at [email protected] or on the day of the show to purchase them. Additional vendors badges are the price of an EXPO admission ($10)

By purchasing tables, the vendor acknowledges that they have read and understand our EXPO Rules & Regulations and our Restricted Animals rules.

Please familiarize yourself with all event Rules and Regulations and the Restricted Animals list. All animals must have genus and species names for identifications on all containers.

Tables are not confirmed until receipt of payment. Cancellations will be refunded in full with at least 30 days notice prior to the show. With less than 30 days notice, a refund will only be given if the table can be re-sold.

Tables must be claimed before 9:30am or they will be released to other vendors without refund. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are running late on show day.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cord to extend from their table to the nearest outlet or hookup. While outlets are in ready supply, the service is limited. Please keep your electrical demands to a minimum. Please let us know if you do need power.

Vendor setup is from 7:30am until 9:45am. The EXPO will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Vendor breakdown is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
